To maintain the overall effectiveness of equipment and the plants on site which includes Electrical and Mechanical support.
Key Responsibilities
To anticipate possible machine reliability problems, which could appear and take appropriate actions.
To facilitate and lead problem solving processes for continuous improvement.
Qualification Requirements
5-7 years’ experience in relevant trade.
5 years’ experience in a FMCG environment
Experience with High-Speed Continuous Operations
Experience on Flour Milling equipment will be an advantage
Experience Requirements
Expert knowledge in relevant field
Understanding of relevant Regulatory and Legislative Requirements e.g. OSH Act/GMP/Food Safety
Knowledge of Pneumatics
Maintenance system skills
Fault Finding and Root Cause Analysis
Problem Solving Ability
